These terms apply to your use of Outlier at playkrillion.net (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. The game
Outlier is a free trivia game provided for entertainment. We may change, add or remove prompts, answer lists, rankings, scoring and features at any time, and we may suspend or end the service. Scores, grades and rankings are part of a game; they are not statements of fact about how common anything really is.
2. Accounts
You don’t need an account to play. If you sign in, you’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from My history. We may remove accounts that break these terms.
3. Fair use
Please don’t:
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, to submit answers in bulk, or to extract prompts and answer lists;
- try to overload, probe or break the site, its APIs or its rate limits;
- submit offensive, unlawful or personal information (yours or anyone else’s) as answers or messages;
- tamper with scores or history, or misrepresent your results;
- interfere with advertising, including clicking ads in bad faith or encouraging others to.
We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.
4. Our content
The prompts, answer lists and their rankings, text, artwork, code and the Outlier name and logo are ours, unless noted otherwise. You may share screenshots and your result grid. Please don’t copy or republish prompts or answer lists in bulk.
5. Answers and messages you send
When you submit an answer that’s checked and accepted, it may be added to the prompt’s answer list. By submitting answers, suggestions or other messages, you give us permission to use them to run and improve the game, without payment or attribution. Don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share.
6. Third parties and advertising
The site may show ads served by Google and other partners and may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for third-party content, products or sites. Mentions of other games, including Krillion, are for comparison only; Outlier is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every correct answer is on our lists or accepted by the checker. Trivia content may contain mistakes; please tell us when you spot one.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, scores or streaks, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and contact
