What to include
- Missing answer or odd ranking: the prompt text, your answer, and (if you can) a source showing it fits.
- Bug: what you did, what happened, and your browser and device.
- Privacy request (access or deletion): the email address of your account, if you have one. Signed-in players can also delete their account and all history at any time from My history.
How we handle messages
Messages are stored on our server so we can read and answer them, and are deleted within 12 months. We use your email address only to reply to you. To stop spam, each message is stored with a random device ID and a one-way hash of your IP address. See the privacy policy for details.
We usually reply within a few days. We can’t promise to add every suggested answer, but we read them all.
